Are all your products fragrance-free?+
Most of our skincare range is fragrance-free or uses only natural essential oils at skin-safe concentrations. Each product page clearly lists fragrance status in the badges section.
How do I know which products suit my skin type?+
Every product description includes a skin type guide. If you're unsure, start with our Gentle rose cleansing milk and Ceramide barrier repair cream — both are suitable for all skin types including eczema-prone skin.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. If a product doesn't work for your skin, simply contact us and we'll arrange a collection. No questions asked.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Orders over £60 / $60 qualify for free shipping. Express 1–2 day shipping is available at checkout.
Are your products vegan?+
The majority of our range is vegan. Products that contain beeswax, honey, or marine collagen are clearly labelled. All products are cruelty-free — we never test on animals.
Can I use these products during pregnancy?+
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare during pregnancy. As a general guide, our fragrance-free, retinol-free formulas are considered low-risk, but individual advice is always best.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How do I read an ingredient list?+
Ingredients are listed in descending order of concentration. The first five ingredients make up the bulk of the formula. Look for actives like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and niacinamide in the top half of the list for meaningful concentrations.
